Just back from Vancouver Island. My husband and I really enjoyed our quick trip and time to ourselves. Very very nice!
My father was not pleased that he didn’t recognize my brother when he arrived but otherwise, was in decent spirits. Of course, he didn’t say “hello” since he was busy eating when we arrived home. Eating takes priority over everything now. Understandable.
And yes, I’ve decided to ask my husband to get the ball rolling with the wait list for a care facility. Thank you all for your feedback and support! Totally helped make this decision easier.
